Riley Max (He/They/Them) is a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over four years of clinical experience supporting diverse clients through affirming, trauma-informed care. With a deep commitment to serving LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, Riley brings compassion and nuance to their work with individuals navigating ADHD, ASD, BPD, OCD, chronic suicidal ideation, and grief. Riley’s professional experience includes providing outpatient therapy at Motor City Center for Hope and serving as a Behavioral Health Clinician at Easterseals MORC, where they supported clients through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

Riley’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. As a transmasculine and neurodivergent clinician, Riley creates an inclusive space that welcomes conversations around sex, sexuality, trauma, and identity with authenticity and care.
