Tiffany Alvord (She/Her/Hers), Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), is a warm and affirming therapist at 3Cs Counseling Center, dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and emotional wounds. With experience in both school-based and community mental health settings, Tiffany brings a grounded and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She has worked with adolescents and adults navigating complex life challenges and is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
Tiffany’s therapeutic style is deeply relational, rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. She supports clients in building emotional resilience, healing from complex trauma, and reconnecting with their sense of self. Whether you’re facing grief, anxiety, relationship distress, or identity-related struggles, Tiffany meets you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
As a queer-identified clinician, Tiffany understands how vital authenticity and trust are in the healing process. She specializes in working with LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of sexual trauma, and individuals impacted by attachment wounds, religious trauma, or systemic oppression. Her work is informed by a commitment to body neutrality, intersectionality, and the belief that growth comes from both vulnerability and courage.
Outside the therapy room, Tiffany embraces life with a spirit of adventure. She enjoys international travel, kayaking, and regularly challenging herself to try something new—an intentional practice that keeps her connected to the same growth process she supports in her clients.
