Sara’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment-Based Therapy. Whether a client seeks to reframe self-defeating behaviors or gain clarity on their personal journey, Sara meets them where they are, empowering them every step of the way.
